How much does the course cost?
The course cost is $795. This provides 1 year access to the material, and testing for 1 student.

How do I sign up?
The quickest and most effective way is to complete and fax in the Course Application Form.

How do I pay?
Purchase is made using a valid credit card (MasterCard or Visa).

What languages is the course in?
The course is only available in English.

What do I need to take the course?
A computer connected to a broadband Internet connection.

What software do I need?
None. All material is provided via a web browser.

Is this an accredited course?
No.

What do I get upon completing the course?
Upon completion of the online course material the Dowco will recognize the student with a certificate of merit based on your overall grade. A Gold, Silver or Bronze Certificate will be presented based on the students total score in the online exams

Can I share a single login?
The course is designed and developed to be accessed by a single student. Each module is accessed in sequence, quizzes can be practiced at the end of these modules in preparation for a test at the end of each section. Quizzes can be retaken multiple times. Tests can only be taken once. Upon completing the course the material can continued to be reference for a duration of 1 year.

How long do I get to take the course?
The student is given 1-year to complete the course from the date of signup.

Are there course deadlines?
The only deadline is 1-year from the date of signup. All learning is done to the students own schedule, there are no deadlines for completion of assignments or sections, etc.

How is my course mark established?
All tests are done online. Tests are marked automatically by the system. Your final mark for the course is obtained 20% from the quizzes and 80% from the tests.

How do I contact my instructor?

Can I talk to other students?
There is a chat feature built into the course software where you can chat to other students that may be online. There are message forums for the students to participate in.

Can I skip around in the course?
Once you start a module you can review the module content in any order you wish. It is recommended that you cover the material in the order it has been presented using the continue and back buttons that have been provided. Modules are presented in sequence. When you complete the test in one module you are presented with the password for the next module. Completed modules can be reviewed at any time.
